Online Identification Certificate
- In order to use the service, such as the issuance of certificates via the Family Relations E-Registration System, an online identification certificate is required.
- The issuance and re-issuance of the online identification certificate is available at financial institutions (banks, postal services, etc.) or registration agencies. Please contact the relevant institutions or agencies for more detailed queries.
- Korean citizens residing abroad can request the issuance of certificates at all overseas diplomatic offices that provide consular services.
